I purchased “Chimes of Earth” about a year ago. After a storm a couple of months ago, I wrote an e-mail to Woodstock. During the storm it appeared that one of the strings had become un-knotted and I wondered if there was a way to repair it. With no questions more asked, a brand new set of chimes was mailed to me. We've just had a new deck built. Put in a hot tub/spa which has a black exterior. We've purchased black furniture and installed a black fan. The deck itself is mahogany. So this chime went perfectly with the scheme of things. And if you are going to buy chimes for yourself or others, Woodstock Chimes are the best. Sue Peone
