I purchased “Chimes of Earth” about a year ago. After a storm a couple of months ago, I wrote an e-mail to Woodstock. During the storm it appeared that one of the strings had become un-knotted and I wondered if there was a way to repair it. With no questions more asked, a brand new set of chimes was mailed to me. We've just had a new deck built. Put in a hot tub/spa which has a black exterior. We've purchased black furniture and installed a black fan. The deck itself is mahogany.
